Higgins has been a Cleveland resident for most of his life. He has worked at Lee University for the past 26 years in the maintenance department. He has seen all four of his children graduate from this school and says he enjoys working at a school with such a friendly, family-like atmosphere. Higgins latest passion is photography and attends many campus events now as a photographer.
